If you have been invoiced your name and address will be accessible to our accountant for the preparation of final accounts and, if requested, we may have to make paperwork available to HMRC.

How long do we keep your personal information

In accordance with HMRC guidelines we retain our records for 6 years in addition to the current year’s records

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold on you and the right to request any information is amended if incorrect, you can do this by contacting us in writing, by phone or by email.
